I got their album Cities after reading a review of one of another cd by them. pretty good alternative rock i must say. while not the most technical band, they're about to make great soundscapes KoЯn I've been into this band for years, but only had one cd, so i got a bunch of their albums, which i'm going through now Jaco Pastorius Superb musician and composer, i got his self titled debut, largely considered a staple of jazz music. i just love his playing style, while quick and full, he still has a good groove and melody

It also doesn't hurt to bump this thread as I liked it quite a bit. The last.fm thread just doesn't deliver the way this did, even though we tried.

Good call Sidewinder. I should keep this thread alive a little more because finding new music is something that keeps my interest going.

Another long meaningless list? So you are telling us you discovered all of those artists in the past week?

I've been listening to some early Bob Dylan songs ... I downloaded his albums last week, still have a very long list to go through.
and between the Dylan songs, getting to know better the Forever Changes album by Love. [also downloaded last week]
