The first two funniest songs that comes to mind are, American Mexicans & Beaners, by Cheech & Chong. (Man..I'm getting old..) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Eiq8z4cxLo

Jack Black's got some funny stuff. His movie Nacho Libre has a good one. Theres a scene where he's singing with a Mexican band that he quietly walked in with, at a party uninvited.
