Akira Yamaoka's Silent Hill OST is my favourite game soundtrack
Also enjoy the quiet and minimalist nature of the ICO soundtrack Some of Kow Otani's stuff from the Shadow of the Colossus soundtrack was awesome. Terry S Taylor also did some great stuff for the Neverhood and Skullmonkeys soundtracks Last edited by Zarko; 07-24-2010 at 11:09 PM. |

Hearing this song makes me want to slam on a desk and present irrefutable evidence:
The entire series has great music, really.

P.S that was one long post, and I just got past the Mario Party part, but geez... I'll have to finish it later. P.P.S I never got this far in the game (this is the final boss battle music), but I know this song via the internet.

Never said that. In fact, the soundtrack and writing were just as good as the first two...but they just turned it into another goddamn platformer by tossing out the battle system.
