("We don't need no stinkin' cover" basically--that's their 1984 EP, by the way)

At least they didn't go all out and add a snake on there too.

Edit: oh. 1984. I feel stupid.

I like it. It's another one of those I think would look good in physical form.

Should be in the Ironic Album Covers thread.

Otherwise known as the first Alabama album--Wildcountry was their name before they changed it to Alabama.

LOL about the Overkill cover being in an ironic covers thread by the way.

Overkill have a sort of "dumpster fresh" quality to their covers, but this is most definitely their worst... maybe.

Some of their covers have a dunderheaded charm, but I can't even tell what's going on there. Is the guy running from the batskull? Then why does it look like he's just now popping his head out of the tunnel? If he's coming out then why is the batskull shooting eyebeams with the accuracy of an Imperial stormtrooper? It should have plenty of time to set up a shot.

This is my fav bad/awesome Overkill cover though. It's everything terribad about 80s thrash while also being kind of unique since most bands never put themselves on their own covers.
