I had to do a reverse image search to see who that was.

No. What I am talking about is the artist whose song sounded like a "choo-choo" train at the tail end of the full 12" version(it could have been chanted by her backup vocals). Otherwise, as a young teenage disco singer, she is 10x better than most modern singers around the same age.
