I just learned while YouTube-surfing that Kate Winslet, actress, is also Kate Winslet, singer! I had no idea.

I listened to Kate Winslet singing "What If." I absolutely HATE the style of singing and the song that she is singing, which is completely forgettable to me, but I felt Kate Winslet was strikingly beautiful from the first moment I saw her in "Sense and Sensibility" and "Titanic" ...and she does have a nice voice. I think it is her eyes that appeal most, and she has a very unique smile. She looks wholesomely fresh-faced and can beam with happiness, which is a pleasure to see.

Kate Winslet - "What If"
Horrid song, but lovely Kate

I think your reaction is a little uncalled for, it's not like she's Beth Ditto.
