I've seen that video before. She's quite talented... and that tone is to die for.

If we're talking great lady bassists, Gail Ann Dorsey should be mentioned. She's Bowie's bassist (and she's bald boo boo

).
This is the only video I could find but I know she plays fretless on some of the songs from the same concert (just can't find the videos).

Definitely not attractive, and she makes some pretty ugly faces during the heavier parts.

She's not a bombshell or anything, but I think she's moderately attractive. You guys throw the word "ugly" around way too liberally.

She's got nice boobs, a decent face, and I love her hair. And she's very talented. Which always scores extra sexy points.

And bass is the sexiest of all the instruments. It's true. That's why it's my instrument of choice.

She does make some weird faces when she performs, but most of those kinda musicians make faces during the "emotional" parts. That's just standard virtuoso rock precedure.

She's least a 7 IMO.

That chick from The Decembertists though. Now she is ugly.
