Katy Perry's appeal, above the neck, is the dark hair & pale skin combination, like Amy Lee. It's unusual in this age of bleached hair and tanning, especially in the pop genre. It's also ironic, for Katy is a natural blonde. Sometimes she looks good to me, but that over-the-top persona casts a negative glow to me.

Siouxsie Sioux does absolutely nothing for me. Her face is just blegh. Gaye Advert is far superior.

^So you like Gaye Advert. (can't tell if you are serious) She looks like a cross between Suzi Quatro and Joan Jett. And whether you like Siouxsie or not I think that is an awesome picture of her.
If I had to pick only one female artist circa the UK Punk era it would be definitely Faye Fife from the Scottish band The Rezillos. Faye Fife/Sheilagh Hynde

you know what i LOVE about the internet?
A. you post a picture of Suzi Quatro B. i decided to post that i agree 100% and want to post her first band from the early 60s called The Pleasure Seekers....which was an absolute amazing all girl garage rock band who.....while all still teenagers....wrote the best song about teenage alcoholism in the history of rock n roll C. i also wanted to mention that her sister is the mother of Sherilyn Fenn (who was basically the impetus of all my early teen lust...thank you David Lynch!) D. but i could not remember her sisters name and or role in The Pleasure Seekers....Arlene Quatro and she played keyboards and her husband Leo Fenn managed the band E. while looking up the correct information i came across a website called quatrorock.com which is by the Quatro sisters for fans of all their music....in finding this site i found out that they have remastered all of the original Pleasure Seekers songs and released them in cd and mp3 320 format as well as made a limited edition t-shirt! which OF COURSE i bought within 10 seconds of seeing! so in all....all i wanted to say was "yeah she's hot and i love her early band from the 60s....and with 10 minutes i had spent $36 on a shirt and cd! thanks man!
