Bradley Nowell, of Sublime. I just think there were so many more amazing albums waiting to be written.

I would say Morrison, or Cobain, but (don't hurt me for this) being dead is a pretty big part of their legend status. Plus, I don't think either would be very happy in today's world, and I wouldn't blame them.

Dwayne R. Goettel of Skinny Puppy. He added something organic, something mind-boggling to the music.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

I'd definitely say we need Warren Zevon more than ever.

Robert Johnson. If he's in hell right now he'd probably thank me.

i dunno, i don't think either one of them was very happy with the world when they were in it, let alone how it is now. i do agree on the legend staus with morrison, but not cobain. mostly because i don't like thim though, not for any legitamate reason relative to this thread. on the other hand, as for being dead having much to do with someone's legend status, you could say the same about tupac. (shudder) he was certainly alot busier in the studio once he died.

Bon Scott. I would tell the silly fucker to lay sideways after a booze session.

Marvin Gaye I told you that your old man was a twat.
