I don't know if I'm the first one who noticed this, but I figure its worth mentioning. Here is the single "Cut Your Hair" by the Pavement.

Wikipedia says it was release February 2, 1994 and recorded August-September 1993.

Other than the fact they both go 'oooo' there's not much to go on there.

Do you even know what plagiarism means?

This has to be the greatest misuse of the word plagiarism since that one guy called Amnesiac a ripoff of The Division Bell.
