I don't know if I'm the first one who noticed this, but I figure its worth mentioning. Here is the single "Cut Your Hair" by the Pavement.

Wikipedia says it was release February 2, 1994 and recorded August-September 1993.

This has to be the greatest misuse of the word plagiarism since that one guy called Amnesiac a ripoff of The Division Bell.
