Happy songs to cheer me up?
 

What are some happy songs that would make some who is depressed a little happier? Unfortunately I suffer from depression, severely. :( Don't mind saying this since I don't know anyone here. Anyways, music has always seemed to cheer me up, but my usual "cheer me up" music, just isn't doing it for me. Does anyone have any good songs to cheer someone up?..And if anyone ever wants to talk, I'm up for that too. = /

I'm not sure what your musical tastes are, but I Just Can't Stop It by the Beat (also known as the English Beat in the US) always puts me in very good mood. It's one of the great second wave ska albums and literally doesn't have a single bad song on it.

If you tell us what sort of music then we can go from there.

I listen to indie, alternative, reggae, ska, and some rock. Mostly indie and alternative though, so any songs from that genre will usually help. Thanks. I will check out that songs by The Beat though, as I do like ska.
