I'm not 100% sure but I think Keanu is the one singing there. I found a short clip of them playing live and he was definitely the one singing in that:

Billy Bob is a douche, I'm glad Jian's show isn't one of the those that will be axed by the CBC. Jared Leto, on the other hand, is a celebrity and has an AMAZING band!
