OP: if you like hopeful type music listen to some switchfoot.....meant to live is one that I can remember off the top of my head but they have so many more good songs

never, under any circumstances listen to: Pink Floyd,Anathema,Band of Horses,Blackfield,Bon Iver,The Smiths,Porcupine Tree,Morrissey,The National,Jeff Buckley,Nine Inch Nails,and even if they pay you ovoid the band called Radiohead.
