crying is fine, especially if it gets you out of speeding tickets .
I was more referring to ticketmaster, they really do have sleazy practices

yeah, to some concert at the cats cradle that I could have gotten for like 14 dollars from the cats cradle site they were selling for like $120, it was infuriating to me.

prices will certainly be cheaper at the venues, but will you be able to find good seats or spots when you buy directly from a venue? I think the concert organizers and venues (and even artists themselves) direct their best (so-called "premium") seats to sites like ticketmaster so that they make extra.

I actually read this on many news sources. Here is one. No wonder you can't find good seats at venues or ticketmaster.

best seats are online
interesting article, concertfan. I always suspected that the best seats were directed to and sold on online sites, and now I see why: thanks to the artists and their managers themselves.
I tried a number of sellers online and as far as I can see, there isn't much difference in terms of prices or the seat selection. So if there is a site that offers extra discounts, let me know. I'd be interested to check it out. |
