Okay, I figured most people here wouldn't like their music. But how many people hate them? What is your reason for doing so? Personally, I hate all things that have such unearned fame. Not that they don't work hard, I just think they just don't have the musical talent (although they have some talent) or the depth of lyrics to stand any comparison to other artists. Also, I think most of the people idolizing them don't consider either of those things, so I find it hard to believe it's just a matter of opinion. I just am frustrated because I can't figure out what about them makes them so publicized.... why does society always magnatize to these awful bands??? What's wrong with the world!

HUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRR DDDDDDDUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRR they're easy to market and make a quick buck off of, which is all the Disney Channel and their record company care about.
Don't take them seriously, I doubt they take themselves seriously. |

You completely missed the point. I'll explain it one last time. They are signed by a record COMPANY. An institution who's goal is to make as much money as possible. The Jonas Brothers are an easy sell to their target market: 12 year old girls. That's all there is to it. No mature individual who pays attention to music thinks they're anything special. If your girlfriend likes them, deal with it, and be happy she's not a juggalo.

Who cares? Most of us on here probably don't like them and that's because they are not marketed towards us. Closed.
