From 2005 - 2008 I mostly listened to classic rock from 1968 - 1985 because it's what I grew up hearing at home, from 2008 - 2011 I mostly listened to thrash metal/crust/hardcore punk from 1980 - 2011, from 2011 - 2013 I mostly listened to electronic and experimental genres from 2000 - 2013, from 2014 - Present I've mostly been listening to classic blues, country, and rock from 1955 - 1975.

Basically. I'll listen to newer music, but I'm alienated from my peers enough that what's relevant to them is often about as relevant to me as anything from another decade, and the chance that this decade's music is going to appeal to me more than all the music from all the other decades combined is pretty low.

I listen to more older material. 70's and 80's tickle my taco in particular.

What is "classical Rock N' Roll"? Rock with an orchestra?
