RezZ sent me Fireball by Deep Purple.

It's one of their only "highly acclaimed" albums that I have not listened to, and have seen many people discuss it on here, so I was really glad to receive it.

Compared to Deep Purple In Rock (their previous effort) this album seemed to have a little more than Hard Rock, for example, the organ used in the title track. Also, some seriously Bluesy riffs. And the track "Fools" was pretty darn progressive. Ian Gillan was in top form as per usual and the whole band sounded as good as I have ever heard, if not at their peak.

Great album. Cheers RezZ

Glad you liked it. Its no Machinehead but hey what album is? I really like the title track, and I wonder why their are two tracks named Fools.
