Cause you did literally translate the French title, while introducing it lol.

And, if you wanna talk about the songs you've heard, be my guest Incidentally, which ones were they?
I can try to find another link, hehe.
I'm not sure what songs they were, it was a while ago.
But I can try to find them again.

Did you ever listen to that album I sent you?
I never did get a chance to listen to one you sent me but I listened to a couple of his works.
I suppose I could review that much if you'd like. =D

Four's a party, but it'd be nice have a few more on board as well. Anyone?

I'm going to try and have one of mine up by tonight as well. I'll have to pass on next week's trade though, I've got a big paper due next week plus some other loose ends to tie up schoolwise.

I'm in for the next one

Duga sent me Velvet Acid Christ - Fun with Knives

This album was a very interesting listen. The music was very fast and heavy yet it managed to not be the kind of music you would want to get up and dance to unless you dropped a tab. While every song had beats full of energy the lyrics, quotes from movies, and background melodies were pretty dark which created a really interesting atmosphere. I was torn between bobbing my head and solemnly staring at my laptop screen for a while though I ended up going with the former.

I enjoyed the album and odds are one day I'll definitely listen to it again but it was way to heavy to make it into my regular rotation (I'm more of a Hot Chip guy when it comes to electronic music).

If you're into heavy electronic music I'd definitely recommend this album.

Thanks Duga.

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it enough to possibly give it another listen sometime. I was a bit nervous recommending that album as I know it really isn't for everyone. I find VAC's music to be quite interesting, though. Although, I have to warn against tripping to this music...my brother and I tried it out while shrooming and the result wasn't so fun. We ended up switching to Mogwai, which was truly epic...but that is another story.

VAC has also released a ton of music, a lot of it being hit or miss...but there are around 4 albums of his that I find to be incredibly original and worth checking out.

I will get the review for your album up soon!
