In terms of making music, that's such a broad idea, and there's so much music and tastes and emotions, that proclaiming one person to be the best with any sense of rationality is a tad ludicrous, don't you think? Sort of like proclaiming a greatest painter, or writer, or person. It's limiting to your tastes. Favourite, however, is a much better suited idea.
Favourite writer though, I don't have. I have several that I like, but no one favourite. In terms of theory, anyone who doesn't say Bach has never had a theory class, or has never researched Bach. Which sounds blunt, but it's quite true. |
