The closest Sodom ever came to actual death metal. This album beats some quality ass.

I always hear people say that Agent Orange was Sodom's best album, but I've gotta go with Persecution Mania. It was just in a perfect sweet spot between the primitive, chaotic first wave black metal of their early days, and the brutal(ish) thrash they were later known for. It just sounds like the most badass album that Motorhead never made. Might just be the best album made by any of the big three German thrash bands (Kreator, Sodom, and Destruction).
