EDIT: Just heard it the whole way through, I kind of expected a climax chorus in the middle of the noisy outro. That didn't happen.

Ghostpoet is a UK experimental rapper who is very, very slow. His raps are all dreamy, blissed out, and make him sound like he's on a major downer. It's very pleasant.
