An AC/DC rip off band that can hold their own against their favorite band. The vocalist has the attitude of Bon Scott and the pipes of Robert Johnson, the energy is just off the charts, and the production makes this album just totally badass.

The Heliocentrics - "The Zero Hour" (Out There, 2007)
Awesome acid-jazz/jazz-funk album with some hip-hop elements. Their newest one, 13 Degrees of Reality, is quite amazing as well, even without the funk and hip-hop. |
