Listen to Portishead's self titled album for the first time... I can't believe I've missed it for so long

Considering I've never heard any of their work and there is only 3 albums... I'll likely be breezing through their discography this week.

The album is great as of 15 minutes in. The first things that comes to my mind when I hear this... Mad Men.

Man I wish I had a time machine. This is a group of people I truly would love to have hung out with back in the mid to late 80s.

"Sons of the east" and they're new single "Hold on"

a new band from Sydney that sound abit like mumford and sons. really worth a listen, playing gigs all around Sydney for anyone that wants to check them out live!

For the most part I couldn't give two shits about hardcore, but Madball is just insanely awesome.

Working on a cover of this tune so I've been listening to it quite a bit lately. I love the vibe of this song. The guitar riff is really bassy and gives it a really tight rhythm.

Sigur Ros - Varúð

Ever since I heard the recent single, I have been in the mood for them. Giving most of the catalog a listen today. This song off of Valtari takes the place of one of my top 5 favorite Sigur Ros songs.

Laura Mvula's "Sing to the Moon" album. It has an old time jazz/R&B/gospel vibe. Much as I like that sound I wish the songs were shorter.
