Music's weird. I've been obsessed with Manowar and the cheesiest metal for days and weeks now, but today I woke up in a strange, detached mood and the thought of listening to metal fills me with nothing but apathy. Now, all I wanna do is listen to my new copy of Daydream Nation. :love:

I'm currently listening to Lianne La Havas. I've heard about her a while back and now I've finally took some time to listen to her and I like what I've heard so far. Tease me is my fav. so far. Sorry I can't post any links :)

I need to check out a lot of their stuff still, but Confusion Is Sex is probably my fav Sonic Youth album right now. Just so dark and alien sounding.



I love Hammerfall. And I don't care what anyone says, Manowar are the shit. They may be cheesier than a grilled cheese sandwich with bread made out of cheese, but they are more fun than throwing rocks at orphans. Besides, cheesy joke band or not, no band ever sounded so epic before they released Into Glory Ride and Hail to England. Those are legitimately creative and original albums.

First time giving these guys a listen. Pretty interesting song.

I've never known quite how I feel about Teenage Jesus and the Jerks. On the one hand, I definitely don't love them, but I there is something there. Perhaps I'm just not in a black enough depression ATM.
