I've really been diggin' Blur the last few days or so. High quality pop. Oasis has some cool songs, but Blur definitely blows them out of the water.

"Jingle Bell Shock!" by Gladius
Found it on youtube

Crazy, instrumental shreddin' guitar version of Jingle Bells. Mind-blowing...
Even has pyro/fire/explosions!

New Foals track ahead of their new release. On first listen I was like WTF is going on with the vocals but subsequent listens has made this a grower and so good to see a band expand their sound a little more with each album. Really liking this.

I'm trying REALLY hard to like this, it's just somewhat difficult. Maybe years from now, it'll click with me and I'll kick myself in the ass for not liking it now, but I just can't seem to fathom what everyone else is hearing. I feel like they're trying way to hard to sound like this epic 70's psychedelic rock outfit and for me, just doesn't work out. It's also hard to take them seriously when it sounds like John Lennon has been reincarnated. I'll give it a few more proper listens, considering that's how some of the ****tiest records I've listened too have turned out to be some of my favorites. But this one's a tough one to crack.

I decided to listen to this despite the fact that I was expecting to hate it.

Why the **** do I like this? It's definitely not one of the best prog albums that I've heard, but it's actually not that bad.
