The problem with Franco Pepe Kalle is that he is a unpredictable character. There is surprising info about this man. You think he only likes Franco and Pepe Kalle but when you find out that he hears other artists, you are shock. Girls are the sexy thing that God created. Important to notice FPK. |

I'm currently going through the saxophone solo, which happens to be my favorite part. I'm always kind of envious about what other instruments can do, being a trombonist. |

Of all Mick Collins many bands and incarnations, I've always liked the DirtBombs the best because from album to album, even single to single, you just never know what to expect.
Party Store is no exception, being a collection of Detroit Techno cover songs that sounds unlike anything the band has done before, and yet still manages to sound like the Dirtbombs. I can't say it exactly ranks with the bands very best (Ultraglide and Dangerous Magical Noise are hard to beat) but it's a fun, groovy listen and it's great to see a seasoned band like this continuing to push themselves and move in new directions. |
