Just started listening to the comp No New York, and The Contortions are pretty sicknasty. This song here has my soul right now.

I like weirdness, but I don't remember liking this much weirdness...the **** is going on with my musical taste? I should be finding this odd and interesting, but not really something I actually like to listen to, but I just listened to it twice. In fact, I'm pretty sure I'm digging Sonic Youth's first album more than I dig Daydream Nation.

Listening to my latest 8tracks mix. I am actually pretty proud of it, works really well.

Camel - Camel (1973)

Camel were a major turning point for me in finding prog rock that I really did love. Not just appreciate, not just like, not just respect but love. This album really is just beautiful.

No reason you can't enjoy music older than you are. I regularly enjoy music that's twice my age, three times my age, or older.

That said, here's what I'm listening to.
