Yes, it was written by Brian & Mike and Brian later sort of disowned it, saying he didn't like it. (Brian has a habit of disliking BB songs I love e.g., "Let Him Run Wild"). Mike's vocals on this song are less nasally than usual, and I'd read somewhere (maybe I'm recalling incorrectly?) that the song was more his own creation than Brian's. Although I should be crediting Carl most of all because he produced it (with some Brian assistance) and ultimately it's the production that wins me over.

So maybe I don't like Mike Love after all. Which I don't.
