Delightfully surprised to find a copy of Brian Eno’s My Squelchy Life at a local shop - one of the few major Eno releases I was missing. In addition to the dozens of art prints, books, lithographs, 409 digital releases, and other miscellanea I’ve acquired, I’ve successfully built a sizable library of most major releases issued in the vinyl format by the artist.
The vinyl portion of my Eno library now comprises 41 of his best-loved works totaling 66 discs of content, including the highly sought-after Music For Installations 9LP limited edition box set. https://i.imgur.com/ayrifd6l.jpg |
I have a feeling that someday, innerspaceboy will find the copy of Jean-Michel Jarre‘s “Music for Supermarkets” and regale us with stories of his search and, eventual capture of that rare audio specimen.

Listen from 2:59 This is played live It's mesmerising whO THE hell knew, that Paul McCartney was once such a rock beast The Wings are really an underappreciated band His vocals are amazing I mean, I'm not sure there's any other vocalist out there with such range and power, while still savouring full and beautiful melodies |
Soft Machine bassist Roy Babbington retires.
Well, at least he's not dead. He deserves a break for a guy in his eighties. |
