I am currently listening to Ukiuq by The Jerry Cans from Nunavut, Canada. They sing in their native language and include traditional throat singing in their songs. Love them!

More and more artists do this in Canada. There's Samian, a French-language rapper who's pretty well known in Quebec as someone who's very outspoken on indigenous issues, and his latest stuff is all in Algonquin.

Nah, Opera comes with one built in. Plus you can get extensions. They don't work as well as the ones you pay for, but I tried two paid ones and each slowed my broadband speed to a crawl so I wouldn't pay for another one.
