You like this Peter Schilling fellow, don't you, Burning Down!
Your video made me realize there must be quite a few songs by Schilling that I haven't heard, since I'd never heard the above song about the living desert. So now I'm listening to the following somber song (with its accompanying cheesy/theatrical video) that I also hadn't heard before today: Peter Schilling - "Terra Titanic"

More Fiddler on the Roof songs, because I like a lot of them:
"Sunrise Sunset" - I loved this song when I was 9 or so because it is so sweetly sad: "If I were a Rich Man" - a great peppy song! It cheers me up. I like how it shows someone imagining things and singing silly nonsense words, since I assume I'm not alone in doing that.
