Boredoms, "Which Dooyoo Like?" Boredoms is an avant-garde noise/punk/rock/experimental band from Japan. They sound like a house full of crazy people picked up musical instruments and made a record. They... are insane.

Well they're getting better by the album .
I've followed them from before their first album. They are pretty local.
This has some really great stuff on it, but it's nowhere close to orchards/lupine.
Best track must be "Birth of the Ninth Sun".
Can't find it on youtube anywhere except for a backstage live version of the Pinkpop Festival
\
Definitely not as good as the one on the album, but that's all I have right now.
