I have a couple hard copy bootlegs that I got from trading tapes through the mail and one version of that song live always just shattered me. That version there that you linked to is also beyond phenomenal. That’s probably my favorite Radiohead song or at least tied. It blows my mind what they achieve. There are a handful of live versions I've viewed on youtube, so I'm curious which live version you're referring to? I'd be curious to listen to it if it's available online?
You're probably already familiar with the story behind the song, but for those who aren't, Thom Yorke was experiencing burnout while touring and just wanted to be done with it all. In the midst of this crippling existential episode he reached out to Michael Stipe of R.E.M. and Stipe told him to just draw the curtains and repeat this phrase: I'm not here. This isn't happening. This phrase became part of the lyrics to the song.
