ok but I don’t think you should take bands out of their historic context

but as a timeless band - they’re intensely energetic, their chemistry is great, they could pack 45 minutes worth of music into 7 minutes. They’re balls to the wall, super sincere and incredible musicians

Do they have a great live album to put their music in a different context? Cause when I hear Double Nickels on the Dime I just hear a silly band with a gimmicky sound making a novelty record. Even if it's a creative novelty record it still sounds about as legit as Primus.
