I've yet to hear Arena, but I do like Samla a lot. Måltid is their most celebrated effort I think, I saw it up on progarchives 100 best prog albums list not too long ago. I also have their self-titled debut and Schlagerns Mystik from 1978 which they released with a slightly different line-up and name, Zamla Mammaz Manna.

I'll look into Arena! Thanks for the recommendation!
