Now spinning a gem from my musique concrète collection - Popular Electronics: The Singles. This set of 1950s abstract electronic 7-inches was reissued as a box set by Basta in 2008. Great stuff from the label that brought you Raymond Scott's Manhattan Research Inc. and Soothing Sounds for Baby Vols 1-3.
Here's perhaps the most famous track from the set - Song of the Second Moon by Tom Dissevelt & Kid Baltan from 1957.
