Thanks for posting this Batlord.

When she first hit the pop culture, I just wasn't too sure about Alanis. But she has surely been an artist I have come to appreciate.

This video shows her simple beauty and raw sexuality, methinks.

Yeah I dig Jagged Little Pill, but as far as supposedly being her best album it's definitely overrated. Great as a pop album but too tepid as watered down post-grunge (an already watered down genre). She got so much more assured and idiosyncratic afterward.

Gonna need a prenup first.

Good idea! I don't want you to get all my money (old lady retired from the Oil biz).

There's some surprisingly interesting tracks in her later discography. The song Versions of Violence, for example. I'm not hugely into Alanis, but I do have most of her albums. The only one I've never heard anything from is her newest album.

How the **** could I have been so foolish as to dismiss this song when it came out. It's easily one of Kesha's greatest anthems.

Yes that is a fantastic song. Flavors of Entanglement in general is her most thumping album as far as being pure pop.

When Rainbow first came out I loved it, then kinda fell off after a bit and only listened to a few songs regularly. Now it's been stuck on repeat for two days and I love it as much as any of her other albums. It may or may not even end up being my fav Kesha album. Simply a new pop classic.

It's been too long since I really spammed Kesha so let's do this: anyone who ever thought she couldn't do a whimsical country ballad about being abducted by aliens or some **** couldn't have been more wrong.
