This sounds like a pretty good impersonation of The Shangri-Las...

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Running an interesting marathon of the evening - I'm taking in the soundtracks of a few classic abstract film series.

The lineup is as follows:

[1983] Philip Glass - Koyaanisqatsi
[1988] Philip Glass - Powaqqatsi
[2002] Philip Glass - Naqoyqatsi
[1984] Michael Stearns - Chronos
[1992] Michael Stearns - Barkaka
[2012] Michael Stearns - Samsara

I think that's the only Philip Glass album I've heard. Nice stuff. The only artist I've ever discussed with my grandmother, though she expressed distaste for his early work. Oh well.

I particularly like how this compilation kicks off with so much feminine attitude Vivien Goldman's punk lounge singing dropping right into Delta 5's absolute **** you "Mind your own Business"

There's the obligatory James Chance appearance somewhere towards the middle, though here we get the slowed down dance floor version of "Conturk Yourself" which I honestly find superior to what's on Buy
I've known about this series for years but haven't listened to much of it yet. Thanks for reminding me.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.
