Imo the orchestra and John Williams sacrifice some musical talent in order to make their music sound more menacing. Still not sure if it's a lack of talent or a lack of trying, but they make it work.

SoaD used a technique in the intro that's been done way too often. Whereas every Sith theme I know is not solely about musical talent, but about being sychronizing with the story. I'm sure you can find me "generic" John Williams tracks, but I can't think of any related to Star Wars or Indy.

Probably. I'll just say the intro's the only real problem I have. Other than that, great album. It gets almost fantastic near the end. 86/100. Next comes Deftones, which I'm greatly looking forward to.
