Sad news from Klaus Schulze's official site:

The concert on 9 June 2016 in Stettin/Szczecin has to be cancelled because of medical reasons. The state of health will not improve in the foreseeable future. Klaus Schulze is in constant medical treatment.
(Which is, more or less, the translation from the medical certificate.)

NP: A KS tribute marathon. Presently spinning his outstanding solo debut, Irrlicht on the Brain label from 1972. Next up will be Timewind followed by the epic "X" double LP before I venture into his deeper and more exotic content.

Rest well, KS.

Sad to hear this.
He is a legend and while I'm not the world's biggest fan, I've had a lot of wonderful hours listening to his music.

Pretty amazing and ahead of it's time electroacoustic experimentation.
Beautiful and surprisingly accessible.
Can't believe I've never found this album before.

TFW you go outside for a smoke and notice that the birds are chirping, the sky is clear and blue, the sun is shining on the trees, and you just want to kick back with some feelgood tunes cause it feels like spring.
