It's called Somewhere Under Wonderland.

I'm listening to T Rex's Electric Warrior. I remember why I stopped the album back then... it's annoying. The guy clearly wants to be the next Paul McCartney.

What's wrong with that? I'd like to know.

"Wants to" and "is" are two different things. T. Rex is more annoying than catchy IMO. I'm still gonna play through the album since it is kind of good. But I don't think he pulled the poppy feel off very well.

EDIT: I never knew Get It On was from this album, let alone him.

Well, T. Rex was 7/10. Not horrible, but since I haven't heard a lot of ba dalbums, I'd put it in my bottom 100.

Now playing Larks' Tongues in Aspic, then I'm gonna play Red and Court to try and gain a real appreciation for both. I like King Crimson, but nowhere near as much as other prog bands. Let's see, I'd say Kansas, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Dream Theater, and Yes are my top five in that order. Not much else I "love," but KC might be a sixth and Rush might be 7th.

Dream Theater over Rush and King Crimson?

It is sad.
I'm also always a little surprised when people call Pink Floyd prog. Yeah, they're kinda, slightly proggy at times, but overall the complexity of prog is missing.
We should have a heated discussion about genre labels immediately.

You got Pet_Sounds' clever little McCartney link, of course?

Reliving some of the weird Irish stuff I used to listen to when younger. This is totally crazy. Trad mixed with punk? Nah, but great fun!
