The very unusual yet pretty freaking awesome, so things are pretty strange and honestly unremarkable until the vocals and the full beat kicks in at 1:20 odds. Oh and they use metal griding saws as a musical instrument in it.... and when the lead busts out the guitar even more great sounds it there.

So this is a modern thing from an early 80s electronic maybe New wave? Japanese band. They are someone I should give a proper go as like Devo (took me about 5? sentences to mention Devo) they heavily influenced Polysics another top fave band of mines.
