Jagger couldn't write Across the Universe or Strawberry Fields or A Day in the Life though. Beatles win easily for me on that front.
Also, Start Me Up has 'you make a dead man c*m' blatantly at the end, always made me laugh.

I was listening to Kowald's album with Kent Kessler and Fred Lonberg-Holm called Flats Fixed, but when I searched on youtube I couldn't find it. I still liked this solo quite a bit though, albeit a little different from what I was listening to before.

Kamasi Washington If you're afraid of ridiculously long records, like me for the most part, please don't isolate yourself from this album. Don't do that to yourself, this is truly epic end to end.

It's a ****ing journey. Love the album but I think it's a little overhyped tbh.

I'm hearing a lot of 'best jazz record of the 2010s' and such when there are much better ones imo. Still a great album but I don't rank it nearly as highly as so many other people do.

Give me some better jazz recordings of the '10s. This record has me itching like a junkie

Almost all of Matana Roberts', Marc Ribot's, Steve Coleman's, Mary Halvorson's, Jim Black's, and Zorn's work top it imo.
