Definitely my favourite no wave band. I especially like Arto Lindsay's guitar style, I've heard it put before as "a bastardized Derek Bailey", which I think is pretty accurate.

They're my favourite too. You ever heard any of Arto Lindsay's solo albums?

A couple, but they didn't do much for me. Got any rec's? I really like the stuff he did with Lounge Lizards.

The one I have is Noon Chill. I wouldn't really recommend it though, it didn't do much for me - not sure if that's one of the ones you heard but it's very different from DNA - nowhere near as exciting and strange, and much more laidback.

What about Lounge Lizards, are they worth checking out?

Yessir they are. The s/t is the only one with Arto Lindsay, but they have other good albums too, namely Voice of Chunk and Queen of All Ears. Good stuff.
