Lol wut? There was not one album that sounded like Slim Shady LP before that came out. Seriously name one.....Cornball sure, but if you actually listened to the first albums he has some pretty deep **** on them.

Well, for the sake of debate, Gravediggaz had the nasty horror element five years before the Slim Shady LP, but that's only one factor. I could only get through half of the Shady LP before it totally underwhelmed me, it just seemed like him spouting off bullshit with a decent technique over Dre's pretty damn underwhelming beats. maybe the hype killed it for me, maybe i didn't listen close enough, but i remember specifically listening to his lyrics, since that's where he's usually acclaimed, and not being impressed. Maybe the MM LP will do it better for me? I dunno, if it's any different it has that possibility. What exactly would you say was deep, besides his uberh8 for Kim and other assorted bitches?
