Platinum means nothing, and I can name plenty of rappers who have infinite more freestyling talent than Jay-Z.

Infinite may be a tad over the top but I agree with what he said^

Sales aren't a reflection of skill. I mean look at the money 50cent makes for **** sake.

Not really. Get Rich or Die Trying went 6x platinum. The Massacre went 5x Platinum and curtis flopped (if you count over a million sales as a flop).

It still outshines Jedi Mind Tricks album sales but who's the better rapper vinnie paz or 50cent? (JMT is just the first random underground set that popped into my head).

Point is, you can sell a million records it doesn't mean you're a skilled rapper.

Eminem is my favorite of all time. First listened to him when he came out with Marshall Mathers LP and instantly fell in love.

With all the different styles of flowing, it's a toss up in every way/genre/form. Aesop is sick with the thought provoking flows. Grieves says some pretty unique lines "I don't know if I should smile and nod / or pull that icebox out of her chest and help her thaw". Mac Lethal is king of offthewall **** "get a mermaid naked / get lose / **** champagne / we're drinkin vaginal juice".

If I had to pick, I guess I'd go with Genelec, and then change it later to Cecil Otter, change it back to Genelec, then change it to Sage Francis, then to Murs, then back to Genelec. If you're confused, so am I.
