Um i would have to say that TI is not one of the best. I do agree with Talib however...he is absolutely amazing, and versatile. It hard to find someone that is an individual and isnt following the same "pop" hip hop style and I think that he is definitly someone who is doing that...

What... No love for Jean Grae? She is one of the illest MC's out right now and would absolutely dismember most (if not all) of the "rappers" mentioned in this thread.
