Yeah he certainly does, especially when he adds 50cent and co into the songs, thats the problem with the "dead" albums, they weren't made the way 2pac wanted them to be.

I won't pretend to know who's the best now although I like some of Eminem's stuff due to it flowing into the mainstream.
I would like to say though an album I still listen to now is one by KRS-1 called, By all means necessary. It still has a freshness and have played the tune from it by the name of Jimmy hat (i think) regular, not only for education but for the quirk factor.
I love that tune "Follow me Leader" - Eric B & Rakim.
