There are, but somehow God gave us a break, and I have yet to see a Juggalo.
There are no shortage of scene chicks and emo kids though. We weren't that lucky.

Considering the prevalence of Juggalos in trailer parks I have a hard time believing Tennessee isn't full to them brim with them to be honest.
