And I don't understand the Big Black hate. I haven't listened to them extensivley but what I've heard is amazing.

For as good a producer Steve Albini is, Big Black may be the most horribly produced act to earn critical recognition. I don't hate them. I just happen to concur with Urban: they're overrated.

The first half of Songs About ****ing is absolutely incredible, the second half is a bit meh really, but even that first half blows SP'S entire back catalogue out of the water.
